1- After making the mixture of bran and water waited for 90 min., all components are mixed together homogenously. Salt should be added on ¾ part of mixture.
2- After  mixing process, the dough should be rested for about 60 minutes for the first fermentation.
3- Then the dough is divided into required weight, rolled and moulded to be put on the trays.
4- You can rub egg on the dough pieces and sprinkle bran on it. At the ideal oven temperature, the bread is baked by giving pre-steam to the oven.
